I do wear my Mp3 player and play music that energizes me. It's just the getting start part that sucks but once I'm going I love exercising and especially the rush you get when you are done. It happens, I know I've had quite a few of those. Just don't let it drag you down too much. Maybe do something that you really love doing, it should cheer you up.<br /><br />As for exercise, how about putting on headphones and listening to your favorite upbeat music while you are walking? You could also listen to audio books.
