I did lose this morning, I lost 1.2 lbs and I'm very happy about that but part of me is disappointed because it is not what I wanted to see on the scale. I think that is part of the problem getting a certain number in my head and then being disappointed when I don't lose that amount. It comes off about a week after my period ends. UGH!!! I do understand. I am really looking for a loss this coming Monday, it has got to happen, I've been at a stand still for a month and it's time. Today I'm going to start a new walk/sprint fitness on my iTouch. Also get ready to battle it out after if the number is not what you want to see. Planning ahead helps to get you motivated for after. I have been suspecting that my losses will slow down for sometime now and am prepared for when they do to work a little harder to keep them in an acceptable range.
