Origin...I'm sure you can eventually get 128 oz. Originally, I couldn't get 16 oz. in. Now, I'm on 32 oz. It just has to be gradual. My goal is to drink 128 oz of water a day but I just can't seem to get that much in. For some reason my brain says dinner = I'm done for the day. I really have trouble w/ evening exercise. The more water you drink, the more you lose. It's a rule.
