This is my own personal challenge to myself.  On top of exercising I'm going to eat right and drink my water.  I've put on more weight than I care to admit right now but I am determined now to get it off.  With the warm weather back now I have no excuse not to exercise.

  1. I was so glad to see a post from you. It has been far too long. I have mentioned you by name in my prayers, Christina. Setting goals and starting fresh is a wonderful way to get back on track. I will hopefully see posts from you often. You deserve to be happy.

  2. Thanks so much, I have to do something, can't keep the blinders on any longer and think that things are just going to get better on there own. Maybe if I have a game plan I will be more willing to follow it and knowing I have posted it on here makes me more accountable.

  3. I was also glad to see your post. I think this past winter has been hard on many of us out here in Blogworld. My scale number is also up. In fact, I almost quite blogging because of that. I was using the logic that not only wasn't blogging helping, but it was making it worse...WRONG! The number is up because of what I was putting in my mouth, and possibly would have been higher without the blogging activity.

We can get things under control and make progress toward a healthy weight. Take care, do deserve happiness and health. You have created a very nice plan. I need to do the same! Thanks for the inspiration!

  4. Thanks E. Jane, its better that we get it under control now instead of waiting until we gain all the weight back. Its time to take care of ourselves and be who we know we can be.

  5. Boy, I was worried about you. No pressure, doll, but sometimes we need to know where you are emotionally, especially if you've been down. It's good to see you again!

Your excercise plan sounds wonderful. I agree that posting things can make you more accountable. I've frequently made plans in the past about exercise and never followed through except once. It brought me down. Exercise is the hardest thing for me to do, and I think that's true of a lot of us. I'm wishing you luck and good vibes. Be careful, and don't go too fast and get hurt, okay?
