Best Diets for Losing Weight in 2012

I just read this list on yahoo and thought I would share it here.  I'm presently doing Weight Watchers and it is the number one way to lose weight.

Here is the link to the article:

  1. Hey Christina! Thanks for following my blog and posting a comment. It seems like every day there is some kind of confirmation that WW is "the best" eating plan to follow. I've known this for years. So glad to find someone just starting on the journey (esPECIALLY a repeat-er like me!) Good luck on your next WI. My first one is tonight. I'm day four OP, started on Monday. I may not show a loss on the scale, but I'm very happy with how it has gone so far. Went to Applebee's last night, and brought half of it home for lunch today. I got the 13-point chipotle chicken and substituted broccoli for the corn and black-bean salsa, so i'm sure that took away a point or two. then i only ate half of it, so i counted it as 6 points. that left me enough points to try the new (to me) peanut butter ice cream cup (5 pts) and oh.. my.. can i just say it was slap-yo-mamma delish!!

Looking forward to following your progress! Are you using e-tools? if so, please friend me on there. I'm cathybfromga (i think... lol) Have a great day!!

  2. p.s. I was a single mom (one daughter) for 19 years, so I also understand the added issues involved with that. I got married this past April, at age 52!

I also have another blog on blogspot if you have time (haha what's that...) www.scrappycathy.blogspot.com

  4. Thank you so much for this. I really need to keep a diet, because I gained some extra pounds and I don't like it at all. I think I'll choose Mediterranean diet...it sounds interesting and I think I'll have great results. I'll do some fitness exercises as well...they are very important if we want to lose weight.
