Well I spent my first day at school and tried not to eat. This is what I had today.
Breakfast:1 cup
2 waffles with agave syrup
Snack:
1 cup of yogurt with strawberries and granola
Lunch:
1 pack of cheese crackers
1 small pack of peanuts
Dinner:
1 cup pasta salad
Snack:
1 bowl of bran cereal with skim milk
3 oreos
I'll probably have a snack in alittle while because I'm still hungry and really haven't eaten that much today.
