My First Day Back

Well my first day back has been pretty good so far but then again the evening is always the hardest for me.  Here is what I've had to eat.

Breakfast:
1 cup orange juice
1 blueberry pancake with syrup

Lunch:
Turkey and cheese sandwich
1 banana

Dinner:
1 small serving lasagna
2 slices garlic cheese bread

Snack:
1 banana
1 cup jello
1 small piece blueberry cake
Now this may not look like the healthiest things to eat but compared to how much I've been eating I'm proud of myself today.  I'm still trying to talk myself into exercising so we will see what happens with that.

  1. Looks healthful enough to me, lady. Except I HATE Jello. Ugh. Maybe it's because once when I was trying to lose weight, I practically lived on a product named Desserta, or something like that. I don't know if they still make it. It was sugar-free Jello, with no calories. In those days, the only artificial sweetener was sodium saccharine, which can cause migraines. Hell's bells, I ate so much of that shit that I had the mother of all migraines. Ever since, I get oogly just looking at Jello, lol.

    Congratulations on the eating so far today. Just keep your stress down, 'kay?

  3. Thanks Food Freak. Thats funny about the jello. Its not my favorite food either but I didn't have anything else to snack on.

    Thanks Tammy thats what I'm trying to do is take it one day at a time and not get so frustrated over the big picture.

  4. Just going for a walk counts as exercise! If I had to get in the car & drive someplace to work out, it would never get done. All I have to do now is put on my shoes & put the leash on the dog and go!

  5. Lisa walking is usually my form of exercise I just have to bring myself to do it. Laziness is whats standing in my way...lol.
