From as far back as I can remember I have been overweight and have attempted one diet after another to try to become that skinny girl I always dreamed of being. I'm starting this blog in hopes of using this as my motivational tool to finally change my lifestyle and get healthy. Feel free to cheer me on, give me advice or criticize me if need be. I'm way tougher on myself than anyone else can be on me.

Weigh In
I weighed in this morning and I went from 216 lbs last Friday to 212.2 lbs today which means I have lost 3.8 lbs in a week. Unofficially though just since I started eating clean 8 days ago I have lost 8.8 lbs because when I started eating clean I weighed 221 lbs and now I'm 212.2 lbs. I really think this is the best plan I've ever been on. You get to eat so much food and still lose weight so what more could I ask for. I would have lost more this week but Aunt Flo decided to visit just as it was time for me to weigh in. Its ok though that just means I will lose even more next week.

ReplyDeleteOh that's wonderful Christina! You're doing so well and that clean eating is definitely agreeing with you. Your meals look delicious and like plenty of food. I need to give it a try. .7 miles is better than nothing (what I've been doing). Hopefully warmer weather is coming soon.
