Food and Exercise Journal

Breakfast- 1 1/2 cups bran cereal
                 1 banana
                 1 cup skim milk
                 diet dr pepper (20 oz)

Snack- 1 fiber one bar

Lunch- veggie burger w/ ketchup (Burger King)

Dinner- 1 bowl chicken noodle soup
             water (16.9 oz)

Snack- 1 cup grapes
            1 1/2 cups bran cereal
            1/4 cup trail mix
            1 cup skim milk

Today hasn't really felt like a good day eating wise even though I see I haven't eaten that much.  I was so busy today and I just didn't really get time to think about myself much.  I didn't even drink that much water today which is never a good thing.

I meant to exercise today but I just ran out of time so I will be back on track tomorrow.


  1. I didn't drink nearly enough water today either. Well, it's almost bedtime and way too late so ... there's tomorrow! Lots of ice-water (speeds metabolism)! Both of us, right? Vee at

  5. As far as 'off track' days go, this one wasn't bad AT ALL!!! :-) If that's a bad day, you're doing well.

  6. I think taking a rest day every now and then is good for you. Your body needs it. And you had a good day, so I wouldn't sweat it.

  7. Don't women do that a lot? We get busy and don't think about ourselves. I sometimes get a moment to myself and am amazed at how far I've pushed myself into the background. I think today's goal will be to give myself a moment to reflect and think about what I need and want and just to be in my own head. Will you do this with me today? Let's agree that we'll be aware of ourselves and not forget that we're strong, beautiful, and human, and that we matter too.

  9. That's why God gave us tomorrow. To forget today and work hard to be better tomorrow. You are doing so well you will have those days but not many of them and what's great...without beating ourselves up we know what we screwed up and know how to fix it. A can do girl you are. Keep up the great work Christina.
