Food and Exercise Journal

Breakfast- 1 cup bran cereal
                 1 banana
                 1 cup skim milk
                 water (16.9 oz)

Lunch- 1 slice turkey
            1 cup stuffing
            1 cup mashed potatoes
            1/2 cup gravy
            1 slice cranberry sauce
            water (16.9 oz)

Thats all I will be eating today I just don't think I will feel like eating dinner.

I walked 3 miles in 42 minutes around my neigborhood for my exercise.
