Eating wasn't to bad today but I'm eating to many carbs and not enough veggies or fruit.

I walked 2 miles in 30 minutes around my neighborhood.

  1. I tend to eat too many carbs also. I find it sometimes harder to eat more fruits and veggies during the colder me CrAzY ! Plus I should eat more veggie since I don't eat

Good for you for getting a walk !

  2. Ok this is totally not going to work if you don't like green beans, lol. But I found that as hard as I tried I was barely getting ANY veggies in during the day. So I've started eating a can of green beans every night. I love them, so I just pour them in a bowl with a tiny bit of salt and a shake of parmesan cheese, and chow down. Feels kind of crazy, but it's worked for me. :-)

  3. Christina, I can't hep but notice you seem to have lost a little fire, and that is understandable considering your recent changes in life. I just worry about you. I would very much like to see you do something. Take this weekend, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and focus on your diet and exercise to the point that it takes over your life. Get double workouts in, really focus on good eating, and see if being OCD on those aspects of your life may help you get through this rough time. I also would like to suggest that your walks be nothing less than a time for introspection. I love my Saturday morning 5 mile walks cause they typically help me sort through my junk. It is all I think about while I walk on Saturday morning is what is bothering me right now, how can I fix it, and what can I do nothing about. I either form plans or come to terms with all my junk on those days and it helps to get the "clutter" out once a week. Just a suggestion.

  4. Sweet Pea I've been trying to improve on my veggies, I actually love eating veggies anytime but lately I just have been lazy and haven't wanted to cook.

Blubeari I like green beans but I don't think I could just sit and eat them by themselves.

Thanks Shane I always love getting your comments. I actually wrote a post today thanking you for be my motivation to get my butt in gear. Today was a really good day eating and exercise wise. I plan on making tomorrow even better.
