1 banana
1 cup skim milk

Lunch- 2 blueberry pancakes w/ butter and syrup
water (16.9 oz)
Snack- 1 banana
Dinner- 1 fish filet
water (16.9 oz)
Snack- 1 peppermint patty
Eating wasn't good today but I'm trying to get back on track.
I took the day off from exercise.
