Food and Exercise Journal

Breakfast- 1 1/2 cups bran cereal
                 1 banana
                 1 cup skim milk
Lunch- 1 grilled chicken wrap (Wendy's)
            water (16.9 oz)

Dinner- 1 slice pepperoni pizza (Dominoes)
             water (16.9 oz)

Snack- 1 peppermint patty

Not a good eating day at all.

No exercise today either and tomorrow is weigh in day and its not looking good right now.


  1. Maybe I am crazy but I didn't think your food sounded like a lot so I did some quick calculations and I have that you came in under 1000 calories for the day. Let's say about 300 for the cereal w/milk, 80 calories for the banana, 260 calories for the wrap (per Wendy's site), 300 calories for the slice of pizza (per Dominoe's site), and 50 calories for the peppermint patty (if it was a small one)...that equates to 990 calories. If you had a big peppermint patty, it would have been 90 more calories so only 1080 for the day. Am I missing something? I think coming in under 1200 for a female is superb!! I am sure weigh-in tomorrow will be awesome!

    I agree with the blogger above. Your eating was excellent and you are under in your calories. I also read in a previous post that you have lost for a straight 15 weeks. I think you are being too hard on yourself! You are doing really well. Take care to see the positive changes you are making. They are really paying off! Stay strong and keep positive!

  3. Thanks Joy for figuring up the calories on what I ate. I guess I just still have that bad food, good food thought process. I wouldn't want to eat like that everyday but I guess once in awhile doesn't ruin all the good work I've done.
    Thanks Michele and you are right I'm always to hard on myself. I've wondered before why I'm so critical of everything I do. I do need to focus on the positives and let the negatives go because otherwise the negatives just pull me down.
