Breakfast- 1 1/2 cups bran cereal
1 cup skim milk
1 slice sausage
a couple bites of pancakes
Snack- 1 peanut butter bar
12 oz fat free chocolate milkshake
13 doritos
water (16.9 oz)
Dinner- 1 bowl lasagna hamburger helper
water (16.9 oz)
Not the best eating day but still under my calories I think and the scale is still moving downward. Weigh in tomorrow so I guess we will see.
No exercise today, bad weather here.

ReplyDeleteChristina, I ain't trying to harp on ya but is there any way you could talk yourself into some sort of exercise inside? Maybe so some squats and push ups? or perhaps buy an exercise dvd? I only ask because I can honestly say that for me, exercise and diet have gone hand in hand on this path. I do well in one and it drives me to do well in the other. Usually, as long as I get good exercise in, I am waaay more likely to do well on my eating for that day. I wonder if maybe that is not a universal thing.

ReplyDeleteYou are absolutely right Shane. When you exercise you are less likely to eat bad because you don't want to blow all that hardwork. I'm definitely not giving up on my exercise its just that bad weather has really stood in my way. I have my free Y membership now so I can go there if I have to as long as I ain't snowed in. I'm more determined that ever right now to lose weight its just a matter of doing it the right way at this point. The weights still coming off but I do need to eat better and exercise more. Thanks Shane for all your support, it means alot.
