Food and Exercise Journal

Breakfast- 2 pancakes w/ syrup
                 1 slice livermush
                 8 oz skim milk

Lunch- 1 slice ham
            16 oz diet coke

Snack- 1 cup lowfat yogurt

Dinner- 2 breadsticks
             2 slices pepperoni pizza
             water (16.9 oz)

Eating wasn't to bad today and for exercise I walked 3.7 miles in 48 minutes around my neighborhood.

    Must have been a pizza kind of day, I had to buy a personal pizza to get my blood sugar right yesterday.

    Shane I'm actually 5'6", I just try to walk as fast as possible, I didn't realize my time was that good. That would be about 14 minutes a mile, I don't consider my timing good unless I'm around 11 minutes mile but I'm going more for distance then timing anyways right now. Yea I was just craving pizza and since I hadn't eaten much all day I gave in...lol

  4. Wow it looks like you are eating a pretty healthy diet and eating healthy really makes a difference in your energy level. I lost about 73 pounds by changing the way I eat and this is what made the difference. I also use a weight loss goal sheet that help me plan and keep track of my progress and identified some of my weight loss challenges Online weight loss plans,this really made a difference by allowing me to plan out my diet goals. I have 26 pounds to go!

  7. This is true dedication! Good job Christina! I also note whatever I eat. For some reason just writing it down and being accountable for it makes me watch what I am eating. merry christmas!
