Breakfast- 1 cup bran cereal
1/4 cup trail mix
1 cup skim milk
1 slice bacon
8 oz orange juice
Snack- 1 slice pumpkin bread
8 oz chocolate milk
Dinner- 1 small bowl of chili w/ sour cream & cheese
1 garlic cheddar biscuit
water (16.9 oz)
diet pepsi (20 oz)
Eating wasn't to bad today but I did end up not exercising. I'm hoping to fast tomorrow but we will see how that goes.
