1 cup skim milk
Snack- 1 peppermint patty
1 fiber one bar
water (16.9 oz)
Dinner- 1 1/2 cups bran cereal

water (16.9 oz)
Didn't eat that much today because I have to weigh in tomorrow.
Didn't exercise because I ran out of time and by the time I was ready it was way to cold outside.
Hope you're taking in a lot of water and fluids! That will SOOOO help with the weight loss!
