Food and Exercise Journal

Breakfast- 1 1/2 cups bran cereal
                 1/4 cup chopped mixed nuts
                 1 banana
                 1 cup skim milk

Snack- 1 peppermint patty
            1 fiber one bar
             water (16.9 oz)

Dinner- 1 1/2 cups bran cereal
             1 banana
             1 cup skim milk
             water (16.9 oz)

Didn't eat that much today because I have to weigh in tomorrow.

Didn't exercise because I ran out of time and by the time I was ready it was way to cold outside.
