Food and Exercise Journal

Breakfast- 1 1/2 cups bran cereal
                 1/4 cups nuts
                 1 cup skim milk

Snack- 1 cereal bar
            1 cup lowfat ice cream
            water (16.9 oz)

Snack- 1 lowfat  mozzarella cheese
            water (16.9 oz)

Dinner- 1 cup roasted broccoli
             1/2 cup roasted squash
             1 roasted sweet potato w/ brown sugar
             & cinnamon

Snack- 2 cups orange juice

Eating was really good today.

I walked 1.5 miles in 19 minutes around my neighborhood.

I just stumbled onto your blog after googling "blogger stats not working" and your comment with your blog title caught my attention! first of all, I really want to say congratulations on transforming yourself! You seem to be at a pretty steady weight loss! I am not trying to critize at all, and know that your diet may be working for you, but have you heard of The Eat Clean Diet? (don't worry, I'm not trying to sell you anything... I just want to share how much this has helped me) Author Tosca Reno is a great inspiration. The cookbooks are awesome, and it's really just about transforming your life, not being on "a diet". Anyway, just thought I'd share that with you. It really helps get away from the mindset of restricting yourself, and helps just live your life with a clean diet. Good luck on your journey!!!
