Food and Exercise Journal

Breakfast- 20 oz cappuchino

Snack- 1/4 mixed nuts

Lunch- 1 piece baked chicken
            1/2 cup glazed carrots
            1 yeast roll w/ butter
            1 slice chocolate cake w/ vanilla ice cream,
            chocolate syrup and nuts
            water (16.9 oz)

diet sundrop w/ vodka (couple drinks)

I didn't eat that much today, just wasn't hungry.

I did walk/jog 1.5 miles in 17 minutes around my neighborhood.
