Food and Exercise Journal

Breakfast- 1 fiber one bar
                 20 oz cappuchino

Dinner- 3 breadsticks (Little Caesars)
            2 slices pepperoni pizza (Little Caesars)
            water (16.9 oz)

Snack- 2 cookies
            12 oz cappuchino

Another crappy eating day and no exercise again.

  1. Oh, Man. Little Caesars is one of those pizzas that I could just eat the entire thing, along with the breadsticks - they're so cheap, even when it's bad, it's still pretty good.

  2. well Christina, I don't know what to say. Just umm don't do that anymore? I would love to say something inspirational, but it wouldn't do any good right now I don't think. I think you need to dig deep and find your own motivation and until you do, I don't know that we can help you get your mojo back.

  3. Keep pushing through this slump. That's all it is. Don't give up. You're still posting, so you still care! This is a tough time of year (on top of your other challenges recently), but you can get past it!

  4. Thanks everybody. Shane don't worry I haven't lost my mojo and noway am I giving up. I might have my days when I don't do so good but I'm still focused on my goal. Your right Charlotte I am going to get past this little slump I'm in.
