Snack- 1 banana

I'm not sure I'm going to eat dinner but I may have a snack afterwhile.

I just got done doing my exercise and I'm proud to announce that I walked/jogged 3.5 miles in 46 minutes around my neighborhood and I feel so great right now.  Once you make yourself get out there and do it you wonder why you ever stopped.  If I could just keep this feeling I have right now nothing could ever stop me from exercising.

  1. Why no dinner?

Christina, I am very impressed with your walk/jog. I hope to have that pace some day, but now days am no where close. Heck forget the pace, I would love to walk 3.5 miles. You're doing great! I know the feeling you are speaking of. It's been almost a week since I've purposely exercised (traveled for the holidays). I need to get back at it.

    Awesome job Christina!

  3. Good job on your walk/jog!! You should definitely eat dinner miss! Skipping meals will only make you hungrier later in the night or tomorrow morning. Unless you're really not hungry. You can do this. I believe in you :)

  5. Well I won't be eating much anytime soon, going through another depression. I had met this great guy and he just up and decided today that he didn't want to see me anymore so now I'm kind of depressed, hey whatever gets the weight off.

  6. Good evening Christina. Your walk sounded wonderful, your meals so planned and tasty, your supper...well you gotta eat girl. Don't let a man hurt you into depression. I am sorry about that though. You are doing awesome so just keep up the great work.
