                 1/2 cup skim mik

Snack- 2 cups cantaloupe

Lunch- banana and mayo on 2 slices whole wheat bread

Snack- tomato and cucumber salad with 1 tbsp ranch dressing

Dinner- 2 cups chili
            1 tbsp sour cream
            2 tbsp cheddar cheese
            water (16.9)

Snack- 2 cups cantaloupe

Today was a very hard day for me for some reason.  I just felt hungry all day and wanted to eat everything in sight but I think I did pretty good.  I didn't get all my water in today because I run out of bottle water and my tap water has sulfur in it so I don't drink it but I won't eat after six so I hit one of my goals today.

I will be exercising in alittle while by doing my 30 minutes on the treadmill.

Update:  I didn't exercise because I was so tired, shame on me.

  1. Hi, Christina, I just found your blog. We are the same age, weigh about the same and I like your posts. That's more than enough to convince me to become your follower :)

I am glad that you have the eating disorder under control and congrats on a great loss the other day. Six lbs is fantastic!

By the way, it might be that you felt so hungry because you ate mostly carbs and almost no protein for the most part of the day. Just a thought.

  2. And maybe it was harder as you didn't eat dinner the night before? I am just guessing based off of your food log.

I notice I do a LOT better on days when I eat yogurt once or twice a day and of course make sure that I have enough protein in general, as Floriana mentioned.

Hang in there! This is a TOUGH journey. :-) But you can do it!

  3. Floriana and Wendy thank you so much for your comments. It's nice to know there are people out there going through the same thing I am. Both of you had great ideas as to why I might have been so hungry today. Everyday is still a learning experience for me and I have a long way to go to learning how to eat a balanced diet. Most times I just try to eat whatever is the quickest and easiest so I can get out of the kitchen and away from the food. I wish you both luck on your weight loss journeys and again thank you for your comments its comments like yours that will keep me motivated.
