Breakfast- 1 1/2 cups bran cereal
1 banana
1 cup skim milk
water (16.9 oz)
Snack- 1/4 cup trail mix
Lunch- 2 egg omelet w/ mushrooms, onions and
1/3 cup cheddar cheese
water (16.9 oz)
Snack- 4 lowfat devils food cookies
Dinner- 2 fresco ranchero chicken soft tacos (taco bell)
water (16.9 oz)
Looking at what I ate today it doesn't look to bad. The scale is still going down so I guess thats a good sign.
I don't guess I'm exercising tonight I still have homework to finish for school tomorrow so I'm going to spend the time doing that. I'll make up for it tomorrow.
The scale going down is definitely a good sign. :-) Glad to hear it.
ReplyDeleteYea I'm so happy to start seeing real weight loss and my clothes are starting to get bigger on me which is real motivation to keep going.
