My eating has been really good today and I haven't been hungry at all.
I know I need to exercise but once again its raining here and I face the dreaded treadmill so I will let you know what happens with that.
Now for my goals that I set for the week:
1. Water- 85 oz
2. Sugar- not a problem today
3. Fruit- 1 serving today
4. Vegetables- at lunch and dinner
5. Carbs- stayed within limits
6. Exercise- day off
7. Soda- none
8. Fast food- none
O-M-G Your lunch... is totally making me want breakfast for dinner!!! That sounds delish!
ReplyDeleteIt was pretty good, I chopped the mushrooms up because last time I made this I just didn't like them sliced and I sauteed them with the onion in alittle olive oil then put that inside the omelet with the cheese, I also added just alittle pinch of cumin to add more of a mexican taste since I was topping it with salsa. I think next time I will try to figure out some more vegetables I can add inside the omelet.
ReplyDeleteWell, well, wasn't this a perfect day or what? I am so happy to read that you haven't been hungry. That's a great sign. You are keeping your insulin under control and that's the key to weight loss success.
ReplyDeleteMaybe it's time to recalculate how much you need to walk each day to get to your goal on time? Just a suggestion that I think might motivate you to walk even if it's on the treadmill.
