From as far back as I can remember I have been overweight and have attempted one diet after another to try to become that skinny girl I always dreamed of being. I'm starting this blog in hopes of using this as my motivational tool to finally change my lifestyle and get healthy. Feel free to cheer me on, give me advice or criticize me if need be. I'm way tougher on myself than anyone else can be on me.

Gettin Sexy Challenge Goals
Katie from http://katie-fttw.blogspot.com/ is hosting this challenge for the month of October. As part of the challenge I have to come up with a goal that will make me feel sexier by the end of October. So here are my goals and I'm choosing more than one because they all kind of go together.
1. Exercise: I'm going to walk 50 miles.
2. Food: I'm giving up soda and fast food.
3. Weight: I'm going to lose 10 lbs.
Beginning weight for this challenge: 232.6 lbs

Great goals! I'm still not sure how much weight I should be losing in a month so I didn't set a weight loss goal. Secretly I'm hoping to loose 5-8 pounds. I really should have made that a goal, huh! Best of luck with your goals. I'll be cheering you on!
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure if I should have set a weight loss goal or not I don't want to set myself up for disappointment but it gives me something to strive for.
