Food and Exercise Journal

Breakfast- 1 1/2 cups bran cereal
                 1/4 cup trail mix
                 1 cup skim milk
                 water (16.9 oz)

Snack- 1 banana

Lunch- lettuce, 2 slices turkey, 1/3 cup shredded cheddar
           cheese, mushrooms, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds and
           2 tbls ranch dressing
           water (16.9 oz)

Snack- 1 fiber one bar
            1 apple

Dinner- small order shrimp fried rice
            water (16.9 oz)

Eating wasn't so great today but I will make up for it through my exercise tonight.

I plan on exercising here in just alittle while, I want to do 4 miles tonight.  I will update later to let you know how it went.

Update:  I had planned on walking 4 miles but on my second lap I seen a strike of lightining and thats all it took for me to kick it in high gear and get back home.  So I ended up only walking 1.4 miles which I'm not happy about but I will just have to walk tomorrow and make it up.

  1. It actually looks good to me. You've made great improvements. Could be better, but it's not all that bad.

    Now that you've mentioned sunflower seeds - I have to remember to buy some. I haven't eaten them in a looooong time. I am currently on a pumpkin seed jag, though.

    Too bad about the walk, but I totally get it. I am the same way, one sign of thunderstorm and I am off to find a shelter.

  2. I've never tasted pumpkin seeds before I might have to try those.
