Breakfast- 2 packs instant oatmeal

Lunch- 2 fresco ranchero chicken soft
tacos (Taco Bell)

Snack- 1 banana
homemade milkshake (16 oz)
Dinner- 2 riblets
1 cup green beans
1 cup corn
1/2 cup baked beans
1/4 cup mashed potatoes
Water (16.9 oz)
I did eat to much sugar and I did eat fast food today but I'm ok with that. Its just one day and it doesn't define my eating plan for the rest of my weight loss journey.
I walked 1.8 miles in 25 minutes around my neighborhood.
Now for my goals that I set for the week:
1. Water- 51 oz.
2. Sugar- to much
3. Fruit- 1 serving
4. Vegetables- 3 servings
5. Carbs- to much
6. Exercise- 1.8 mil/25 min.
7. Soda- none
8. Fast food- 2 chicken tacos
