I just finished my walk/jog, I did 1.8 miles in 22 minutes.
Those roasted veggies look so great!

ReplyDeleteWendy I just diced them up and roasted them in a pan with alittle olive oil, once they were done I rolled them in some brown sugar and cinnamon and they were so good. I even tasted one piece without the sugar and cinnamon and I think I could have eaten them plain.
